We give a 3 months warranty on the Barrel LAMP™. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the manufacturer defects / damage parts at our discretion .

Warranty does not cover for lost or destroyed Barrel LAMP and consumable items. The warranty is void if altered in any way and in case of damage due to improper usage like misusage, due to electrical short, accidental damage and tampering of product.

Thank you for deciding to purchase our Barrel LAMP™. It fulfils all requirements of effective European and national guidelines. To maintain the condition of the lamp and to ensure safe operation, you as a user, observe the following manual. This contains the product description, important information for the start-up and handling. Therefore this document should be archived carefully.

Safety Instructions:

We do not assume liability for: property damage or personal injury caused by failure to observe the product manual, improper handling or unauthorised modifications.

The Barrel LAMP can only be installed by a qualified electrician.

Make sure that the item has not been damaged. It may not be operated if there are any damages to electrical parts.

The connection lines in the building must be disconnected before installation and secured against being switched back on. For this, trip the corresponding fuse switch in the building installation.

Follow all installation regulations applicable at your location.

Make sure that the cables and plugs are not subject to tension or torsional forces and do not bend the cables.

Protect all cables and insulations against possible damages.

The power supply cables and the lamp feeders must not cross each other.

Do not allow the product to come into contact with extreme heat or naked flames.

Proper Use:

The Barrel LAMP™ is only intended for lighting purposes and my only be operated on normal or non-flammable surfaces.

The use can only be done in indoor areas. The lamp should not be assembled in wet or dirty rooms.

Make sure that the mounting surface is suitable for permanently and reliable taking the weight of the light.

Care:

Because of light effects the colour of wood (stave) might change over time.

Repairs may only be carried out by FAIT MAIZ / PEGASUS Systems.

Disconnect the entire lamp from mains first before cleaning or maintaining.

Use a dry or slightly moistened cloth for cleaning. An oily cleaning agent should be carefully applied without touching the electric parts.

Never use any chemicals, flammable cleaning agents or abrasives. These may cause damage to the surface coating and/or the isulators, electric parts or cables.

Faulty Function:

Is the light switched on at the swith?

Is the lamp defective? Screw the bulb in an other E27 socket for testing.

Are the connected lines of the product right connected?

Changing Lamp:

If the original big LED bulb is defective please contact FAIT MAIZ / PEGASUS Systems.

If you want another LED bulb in a different shape also contact FAIT MAIZ / PEGASUS Systems or purchase the LED bulb you want.

Screw the defective LED bulb carefully out of the socket and put the new LED bulb in.

Storage and Disposal:

Used electronic devices must be brought back to public collection points and must not be disposed of as household waste.

If you like FAIT MAIZ / PEGASUS Systems would also withdraw the complete lamp.

In general this light should make you happy for years.

Warranty :
